You can take this soup anytime for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Trust me you and your taste buds are going to get nitrified after a bowl of this soup.

- 250 grams of mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons olive oil: Olive oil is rich in antioxidants including vitamin E. Intake of olive oil can get you relieve of many health problems.
- 50 grams unsalted butter: As unsalted butter contains very less of salt it, has no risks for hypertension patients.
- carrot finely chopped: Carrots are almost ten percent of carbs; they contain fiber, starch, and simple sugars.
- 1 celery stick finely chopped: Supports your digestive system and improves your memory.
- 500 grams barley: Low in cholesterol and helps keep blood and sugar stable. Helps with stomach issues.
- 1 litre of chicken or beef stock
With all of the energy of the meat after boiling cones in the stock, you don’t have to eat so much of the pieces. Soak the mushrooms in water for about 2 hours healthy recipes so that they completely get cleaned. Chop them into pieces.
Now take a pan add olive oil and unsalted butter it, and hat them. Add the chopped mushrooms, carrots, and celery to the pan and fry them on low heat until they get a little softer. It will take almost 5 to 8 minutes. The vegetables will change their color a bit to gold color. Now add barley and keep on stirring the mixture so that it doesn’t stick in the pan. After 4 minutes add the chicken/beef stock to it.
Bring the mixture to a boil and add a bit of black pepper and salt to it. Turn the heat to low again and cook until the barley gets tender and soft and the soup will get thicker as well with the passage of time. After almost 25 minutes just taste the soup for the spices and you can add to your taste level. Turn off the soup stove it they think the consistency of the soup is what you want. Serve in a bowl with garnishing it with sour cream or crispy dry bread as you want.

Okay, so first let me give you fluffy pancake tips.
While making pancakes add your dry ingredients together and sift them as it will remove all lumps. While mixing the batter of the pancakes don’t mix excessively as it develops high gluten levels and it will lead to making chewy pancakes like silicone runner material.

- Quarter cup of all-purpose flour
- A pinch of baking powder
- 2 pinches of baking soda
- Quarter teaspoon salt
- Quarter cup sugar/ brown sugar depends on your choice
- Half cup of fermenting milk ( butter milk)
- Half egg
- Half teaspoon vanilla extract
- Any fresh fruits or syrups for garnishing
Let’s move to the recipe now
Let’s sift the dry ingredients like; flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. The container should be of the size that you can whisk the ingredients easily.
Now let’s move towards liquid ingredients. (healthy recipes)
In a deep bowl, add butter, milk, eggs , vanilla extract and sugar. Whisk them until they mix completely. Moreover you can use an electric beater if it is available. Pour 1/3 of the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Mix them with the help of a spoon or spatula. Keep on repeating this step by adding a few amount of dry ingredients until all of them get mixed together. Make sure it has no lumps in it.
You can add any fresh fruits in it according to your taste. It’s a choice.
Add butter in a fry pan , low down the heat. Let the butter melt. Using a bottle or a large spoon , pour an amount of batter in the fry pan and cook for two minute. Now change the side and cook from the other side. Keep on repeating this step until your batter is finished.
I guess you can make 3-4 pancakes from this amount of ingredients.
Garnishing:
You can add fruits, chocolate chips, honey, or any sort of syrup of your choice.
